Overview

Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) — Join the LEGO Brand Retail team to provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. This is a seasonal, part-time role expected to last until a stated month, subject to business needs.

• Exceed guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions; greet every guest, operate the cash register, and maintain a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging demeanor.
• Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate the stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom standards, follow safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortages.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests; process information/merchandise through the register system; work varied hours including days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
• Access all areas of the store as required (sales floor, stock areas, register, loading dock); perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 30 lbs, and other movement-related activities as needed.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, and to provide up to 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and teammates.
• Physical ability to perform job duties (standing, moving, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders when required).
• There is potential for this role to become permanent for excellent performers.

The hourly wage range is $18.39 to $19.39, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational factors. Comprehensive remuneration details and benefits will be provided with the employment offer.
