Picklr Team Lead

Enjoy leading a team, connecting with customers, and keeping a busy shift running smoothly? The Picklr is hiring Team Leads for our Burlington and Danvers clubs to support team members, grow membership sales, and deliver an outstanding indoor pickleball experience.

• Starting base pay of $20/hour, plus unlimited commissions on memberships, merchandise, and events.
• Free Picklr membership after achieving performance milestones.

• Practical experience in shift leadership, team coaching, customer service, and business operations.

Weekends bring leagues, clinics, tournaments, and plenty of member activity. We're looking for dependable leaders who can keep the team organized, handle challenges, and make every guest feel welcome during these busy periods.

• Lead daily shifts, assign priorities, and provide direction and coaching to team members.
• Welcome members and guests, support check-ins, and set the standard for friendly, professional service.
• Complete opening and closing duties and ensure the club is ready for each day.
• Lead club tours, explain membership options, and help prospective members find the right fit.
• Drive membership, merchandise, and event sales while helping teammates strengthen their sales skills.
• Process payments, operate point-of-sale systems, and answer member questions.
• Assist with court reservations and registration for leagues, clinics, lessons, tournaments, and events.
• Support pro shop operations, including merchandise displays and inventory restocking.
• Address member concerns calmly and professionally, involving management when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the facility.

You lead by example, follow through on commitments, and stay organized when things get busy. You're comfortable directing a team, starting sales conversations, and using sound judgment to resolve everyday challenges.

Previous experience as a team lead, shift leader, retail supervisor, or hospitality supervisor is helpful. Experience in sales, customer service, fitness, or recreation is also valuable. Above all, we're looking for strong communication skills, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Applicants must have flexible availability, including consistent availability on both Saturdays and Sundays, and be comfortable supporting busy shifts and special events.
