Commission Sales - Shoes

Provide personalized shoe sales and styling assistance while building lasting customer relationships in-store and online. Achieve sales goals by using selling tools, product knowledge, and excellent customer service.

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling, including through text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide confident style and fit feedback, and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and performing light cleaning.
• Work a schedule that varies based on business needs and occasionally assist in other departments.

• Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
• Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work in a team, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and maintain organization and follow-through.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet the physical demands of the role, including standing and moving for 6-8 hours per shift and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
