The Sales Associate delivers an exceptional client experience while driving individual and store sales. The role includes clienteling, product and styling guidance, and supporting daily store operations.
Responsibilities- Meet or exceed sales and other commercial KPIs.
- Provide welcoming, knowledgeable service and styling expertise throughout the client journey.
- Build client relationships, capture client information, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
- Maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom and follow company policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management and remain open to feedback.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
- Computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
