Provide personalized customer service and style guidance while achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling. Build lasting customer relationships and develop product knowledge in kids' apparel and shoes.
Responsibilities- Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
- Build customer relationships, provide style and fit feedback, and develop product expertise.
- Maintain a customer-ready department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and light cleaning.
- Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and support other departments as needed.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.
- Interest in networking and technology to achieve sales goals, and ability to work well on a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
