Summary
Provide personalized men's apparel styling and customer service while building lasting relationships and meeting sales goals. Create coordinated wardrobes across casual wear, suiting, footwear, and accessories.
Responsibilities
- Follow the selling standard to welcome customers, offer style and fit advice, and build loyalty through follow-up and digital tools.
- Develop a personal customer base, meet sales goals, and maintain knowledge of products and trends.
- Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, merchandising, markdowns, recovery, and inventory participation.
- Support teammates and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
Requirements
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
- Goal-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and ability to build customer relationships.
- Team-first mindset, comfort with technology, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
