Electrician

Growing established electrical contracting firm located in Woburn, MA that specializes in commercial electric and HVAC control wiring is actively seeking an electrician to join the team! The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

Proficient in wiring industrial, commercial, and retail spaces.

Proficient in wiring HVAC controls both conventional and DDC systems.

Must be able to work with all types of wiring methods including MC Cable, EMT, Rigid, and PVC.

Must be able to wire and install electrical panels, transformers, and standard gear assemblies.

Must be proficient reading submittals, blueprints, specifications, and other project documents.

Have strong attention to detail and accuracy when working on projects.

Must be able to complete timecards, job reports, and invoices.

Must be computer literate and familiar with general applications.

Must have strong communication skills in order to interact with owners, salespeople, and colleagues in a professional manner.

Must be able to work after normal business hours for emergencies.

Must be a team player and willing to help in all aspects of the organization to ensure success.

Must have valid driver’s license and transportation.

Must possess your own set of tools.

At least two years working as a licensed electrician in the commercial or industrial sectors.

Proven track record as a successful electrician.

Knowledge or familiarity with all aspects of electrical industry with HVAC controls being advantageous.

Massachusetts electrical journeyman license.

High School degree or equivalent.

Fluency in English both verbal and written.
