HVAC Service Technician

Control Air Systems, a Crete United company, has been in business for over 50 years. In 2022 we partnered with Crete United to further expand our business. We are now seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Techs to join our growing team.

Location: Burlington, MA
Type: Full‑time permanent position
Pay: Up to $55 per hour DOE

In this role you will work alongside seasoned technicians on commercial equipment (RTUs, VRF systems, split systems, and more). You will receive active training and outstanding opportunities for advancement. Our support team includes experienced dispatchers, a Service Manager, and a Service Director. We maintain industry‑leading communication standards so you can focus on your work in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Service & repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial customers (packaged RTUs, water source heat pumps, split systems, ductless, VRF/VRV systems, makeup air units, boilers, and more).
• Utilize mobile dispatching app to provide service reports and maintain clear communication with dispatching & management team.
• Work with Service Manager and Service Director to develop new skills and hone existing ones.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service with building engineers, property managers, and building owners.
• Comply with company standards regarding workmanship, customer service, vehicle & equipment care, and employee treatment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience.
• On‑call schedule rotating every 8‑10 weeks.
• MA Refrigeration License preferred, but not required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Valid EPA Certificate.
• Ability to pass background check.
