Winn Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Seven Springs, a 331-unit community in Burlington, MA. You will perform maintenance across rental units, common areas, and grounds, ensuring safety and market readiness.
The position follows a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday schedule with rotating on-call every four weeks. Qualifications include 1–3 years of experience, knowledge of basic electrical/plumbing/HVAC, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service and communication
