Overview

JOB TITLE: Interface Developer
JOB LOCATION: REMOTE
EMPLOYMENT: EMPLOYMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS POSITION.
REPORTS TO: ALEXANDRIA, VA 22314 OFFICE.
REQUIRED TRAVEL: Ability to travel to headquartered locations in Burlington, MA, Boston, MA, and Alexandria, VA for team meetings as needed.
HOURS: Full-time. This role requires occasional support during weekends and consistent work during Eastern Standard Time business hours.

• Design, Implement and Support ETL processes that process large healthcare data sets.
• Develop new features and enhancements to match product releases.
• Recommend and design best practices for performant data loads.
• Deploy, Orchestrate and Monitor jobs.
• Create process, architecture and deployment documents.
• Interact with customers to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Perform Production Support activities, analyze issues, provide effective and immediate solutions.
• Actively participate in team meetings and scrum activities.
• Communicate effectively.
• Provide high quality work and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide occasional support during weekends.
• Expected to work during EST business hours to ensure alignment with client operations and support needs.
• Seek out and embrace feedback, take on tough assignments to improve skills, keep knowledge and skills up-to-date and turn mistakes into learning opportunities.
• Perform all responsibilities in compliance with all Health Edge policies, including without limitation those related to information privacy and security.
• Ready to learn and maintain proficiency in using Health Edge’s platform, understanding Health Edge and its partner products and services.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable) plus 18 months of employment experience. Employment experience must include:

• A minimum of 18 months of experience developing and deploying web applications using technologies such as C#
• A minimum of 18 months of experience working with SQL, query optimizations, writing stored procedures and functions
• A minimum of 18 months of experience in all levels of software development life cycle (SDLC), including collecting the requirements, analyzing, design, coding, implementation, debugging, development testing, and deploying
• A minimum of 18 months of experience using Azure Dev Ops services for source code maintenance, test plans, scrum boards, and deployments
