Position OverviewJoin Burlington Stores, Inc. as a Logistics Track and Trace Analyst. This role ensures inbound shipments arrive on time and meet routing and shipping guidelines. You will generate and publish reports on the status of all domestic and international purchase orders, track and manage purchase order movement, identify key and low performing vendors, and collaborate with merchant partners to share relevant details.

Responsibilities- Track and trace inbound freight shipments from multiple vendor distribution centers to Burlington’s DC campuses.
- Analyze reporting for top and trouble vendors and provide recommendations to merchant partners.
- Provide accurate PO statuses and comments in daily and weekly reports.
- Monitor vendor performance regularly, identify low performing vendors, and create strategic action plans to improve shipping performance.
- Proactively generate ideas and suggest solutions to address potential issues.
- Create and evaluate monthly/quarterly hindsight reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with merchants, maintain credibility and responsiveness.
- Assist merchants with analysis regarding the location of their merchandise.
- Build partnerships with vendors, domestic carriers, and internal partners to ensure timely pick up and deliveries.
- Facilitate internal and external meetings, in person and virtually, to review issues or concerns.
- Act positively on feedback and embrace change.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- College degree preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish, Korean, or Chinese) a plus.
- Strong communication skills – writing, speaking, interpersonal.
