Are you passionate about making homes more energy-efficient and sustainable? We’re looking for a BPI Certified Field Coordinator to help lead our energy assessment and weatherization projects across New Jersey. As a key member of our field operations team, you’ll ensure that every audit meets BPI and state program standards
—and that each customer experience reflects our commitment to quality and performance.

• Coordinate and oversee home energy assessments and field operations.
• Conduct or review BPI-compliant audits and inspections.
• Mentor and support field technicians to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Ensure proper data collection, documentation, and reporting for each project.
• Collaborate with clients, utilities, and internal teams to deliver energy-efficiency solutions that make a real impact.

• Active BPI Certification (Building Analyst, Energy Auditor, or QCI required)
• 3+ years of experience in home performance, energy auditing, or HVAC diagnostics
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region
• Experience with the New Jersey Clean Energy Program (NJCEP) a plus
