Overview
Financial Analyst Development Program - 2025 Start Date at Burlington Stores, Inc. This 16 to 18 month rotational program offers hands-on experience in Finance across multiple business areas to support our Finance organization is designed to develop future finance leaders with broad exposure to the finance function.

You will gain experience and learnings across various areas within the Finance organization at Burlington.
Program structure- Program includes two required rotations, with a potential third based on business needs and participant interests, throughout different areas within the Finance organization. Possible rotations include:
Treasury, Corporate Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Inventory Control, Internal Audit, Tax, Profit Improvement, Insurance & Risk Management, or Business Support. - Direct mentorship from a Finance leadership team member and day-to-day support from an assigned Finance Buddy through training and beyond.
- A hybrid model:
In-office on Wednesdays and Thursdays every other week, with additional days on an as needed basis. This schedule can be subject to change. Relocation benefits are available to those who are eligible. - Collaborate for success; you will work with several functional areas within the department for input, ideas, and to execute assignments.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, or other).
- Affinity for finance, accounting, data analytics, or related field.
- Ability to manage, analyze, and interpret financial data to make recommendations.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus.

- Ability to think critically with high attention to detail and strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- A self-starter who takes initiative with curiosity, adaptability, and courage to be a lifelong student of the business.
Note:
Our office is located in New Jersey; reliable transportation is required as Burlington is not easily accessible by public transportation.
- Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr.
- An annual salary of $65,000 with the eligibility for an annual performance-based merit increase.
