Base pay range: $22.00/hr – $28.00/hr

Behavior Technician (non‑RBT): $22–$25/hour
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): $24–$28/hour
Paid onboarding, shadowing, and ongoing professional development.

Burlington, Willingboro, Mount Laurel, Moorestown, Westampton, Edgewater Park, Delran, Delanco, Mount Holly, Maple Shade, Cinnaminson, Florence and nearby towns in Burlington County.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use evidence‑based teaching strategies to build communication, social, play, and daily living skills
• Support behavior reduction programs with consistency and professionalism
• Collect accurate data and complete session notes to document progress
• Collaborate with caregivers and your clinical supervisor to support generalization of skills
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with children, childcare, education, or special needs preferred (not required)
• RBT certification is a plus (support provided if you want to earn it)
• Reliable transportation to sessions in Burlington/Willingboro and nearby towns
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks
• Professional, punctual, and compassionate demeanor
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and follow clinical direction from a BCBA
