Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives that optimize store processes, enhance the customer journey, and implement technology solutions across more than 1,200 retail locations.

• Lead and support cross‑functional projects that improve front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations.
• Partner with corporate, field, finance, and operations teams to ensure program consistency and compliance.
• Own project management support for Store Operations initiatives, developing detailed plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Use data‑driven insights to identify opportunities, measure impact, and recommend improvements.
• Communicate executive summaries and presentations to senior leadership.

• B.A. or equivalent, preferably in operations, engineering, business, or a quantitative field.
• More than 5 years of retail experience.
• More than 3 years of leadership experience in store operations at national‑scale retail.
• Proven ability to drive change in stores at national scale.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving, people management, and communication skills.
• Industrial engineering experience is a plus.
