Job SummaryUnder the supervision of the Director, the Team Leader is responsible for managing and administering assigned Residential Services components.
Responsibilities- Monitor the delivery of efficient and effective services as assigned by the Program Director.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, with clinical supervision in conjunction with the Program Director.
- Ensure MESH staff understand the program goals and work towards consumer recovery and independence.
- Oversee the implementation of Individual Rehabilitation Plans by direct care staff, with input from the treatment team, and obtain signatures indicating agreement.
- Coordinate with community services such as hospitals, entitlement agencies, medical providers, and mental health providers.
- Consult with the Program Director and staff regarding admissions, transfers, and discharges from State Psychiatric Hospitals, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Oversee MESH expenditures, keeping the Director informed of spending and needs.
- Provide emergency on-call availability to MESH staff 24/7.
