Job Description

Kaser Mechanical LLC is a general and mechanical contractor seeking a Project Manager to accomplish project objectives by planning, scheduling, and executing project activities throughout each phase to completion.

• Manages all aspects of assigned projects from pre‑construction to completion, including client communications, updates, relationships, and expectations.
• Communicates project timelines, schedules, and overall expectations to the internal team.
• Plans work schedules, manages and monitors progress against the projected plan.
• Achieves project financial objectives by adhering to the design, scope of work, material selections, and overall budgets.
• Manages contract scope of work, identifies and manages adjusted work orders with clients.
• Develops and manages lower‑cost alternatives with materials and construction techniques.
• Collects milestone draw invoices per contract terms.
• Manages subcontractors, ensuring quality of work and installation per scope documents.
• Approves subcontractor labor purchase orders and invoices, ensuring they match existing purchase orders.
• Manages craftsmen labor assigned to each project.

• Experience in management, staffing, process and procedural improvements.
• Budget tracking and monitoring expertise.
• Working knowledge of AIA schedule of values, planning, and performance management.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience and knowledge is a must.
• Willingness to always communicate with clients and internal teams even when it’s bad news.
• Government contracting experience preferred.
