Immediate Hiring Need for

Shop Worker with CNC Operator/Programmer

Location:
On site in Trenton, NJ

We are seeking a skilled CNC operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle daily tasks assigned by the plant manager, including learning to manage the shop and oversee operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cut wood to length on saw
• Assemble skids and crates
• Stage materials for assembly
• Package finished goods for shipment
• Stock completed items in the appropriate place

• Forklift operation
• Equipment maintenance
• CNC Machine including programing and overseeing operators
• Follow all safety protocols
• Repairing and adjusting equipment

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in operation and maintenance of wood cutting and assembly equipment.
• CNC programing and operation
• Carpentry and construction background
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Able to perform skilled work with moderate difficulty
• Must have the ability to work independently with little to no day-to-day supervision
• Ability to communicate well with co-workers and customers
• Ability to lead, direct, mentor and supervise team members
• Exhibits care and strong attention to detail
• Current forklift certification (preferred but not required)

Hours:

M-F 7:00AM-3:30 PM
