Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Adult Day Program. Bancroft has been making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities for over 125 years. Our mission is to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve fulfilling lives across a spectrum of individualized services, empowering them to realize their best life in a supportive, respectful environment.

We are hiring across Camden and Burlington County. The Day Program runs 1st shift, Monday through Friday 7 a.m.–3 p.m. or 8 a.m.–4 p.m.

We're Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:

• Are 18 years of age or older.
• Have a current, non-provisional driver's license in good standing.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in caretaking or supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

The current hiring range for this position is: $18.78-$19.16 per hour.
