Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Minimum 2 years of long‑term care or sub‑acute experience preferred
• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring medication distribution, blood draws, and other patient‑care elements
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education to staff, residents, and families as needed
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
