Qualifications& Responsibilities
- Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
- Experience in long‑term care is a plus but not required.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and follow physicians’ orders per resident care plans.
- Monitor and assess residents’ health, document changes, and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
- Deliver compassionate, high‑quality nursing care while ensuring residents’ physical and emotional well‑being.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.
- Schedule – Full‑time, 7p‑7a shift.
