Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Reports to Supervisor of Corporate Facilities. Responsible for general upkeep and appearance of the buildings and grounds.

This individual will ensure the cleanest and safest working environment possible at all times. Maintain a state-of-the-art infrastructure to support McCollister’s continuous growth.

• Complete assigned tasks and maintain appearance of the grounds.
• Follow direction of the Lead Groundskeeper and Facilities Supervisor.
• Use appropriate safety equipment and follow safety instructions when operating equipment and vehicles.
• Pick up litter, remove trash and debris.
• Groom the lawn, do basic landscaping, trim edges of the lawns.
• Paint, move furniture and perform office cleaning.
• Perform minor maintenance.
• Clean roads and walkways.

• Equivalent combination of education and experience relating to grounds keeping and maintenance.

• Minimum 1+ years in a similar position.
• General grounds keeping and maintenance experience.
• Basic landscaping experience.
• Minor maintenance experience.
• Effective communication at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record of working in a team environment and autonomously.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive light-duty vehicles.
• Qualified on company vehicles.
• Able to lift and carry 50-70 lbs up and down stairs.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely.
• Work with little oversight after basic directions.
• Team-oriented and personally committed to continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to interface effectively and positively with all members of the organization.
• Computer literacy for basic Microsoft Office and Google G Suite applications.
