The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $17.00 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $17.00 USD - $25.50 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and resolve guest concerns.
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain and demonstrate how to use the Target App features (including Wallet) and how to enroll in Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Handle returns per policy with guidance from leaders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage stock during store hours.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and related duties while complying with applicable laws (e.g., beverage laws).
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Comfort with handling checkout operations and basic cash handling as needed; ability to lift up to 44 pounds with or without assistance; flexibility in schedule.
