Hiring immediately:
Flex Security Officers in the Burlington, NJ area. Starting pay rate $19.00/hr with weekly pay.

• Weekdays (Flex)
• Weekends (Flex)

• Active SOLO
• CPR/AED Certification (preferred)
• 2-3 years of security experience
• Reliable transportation

The Flex Officer position provides trained support by working shifts that become open due to illness, call‑offs, weather, vacation, or other causes, enabling Sunstates to provide continual service.

• You will be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need.
• Your schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week, etc.) will vary based on operational need.
• You will be assigned to, or offered the opportunity to accept, shifts as they become available.
• Some shifts will be scheduled in advance and posted; others may be called with short notice.
• You are expected to work any shift scheduled in advance that falls within your availability; communicate unavailability with your supervisor.
• For short‑notice call‑ins, you are expected to work at least 80% of the shifts called. Refusing more than 20% may negatively impact employment status.

High School diploma or equivalent.
