Construction Site Supervisor

Roll Construction is a general contractor that specializes in building high-quality custom homes in the Burlington area. We are committed to doing things the right way: no shortcuts and no excuses. We are growing and looking for a Construction Site Supervisor who shares our values and is eager to be part of our expanding team.

• Lead and Supervise
  :
  Manage day-to-day operations on the job site. Ensure clear communication with trades, vendors, and homeowners to maintain project flow.
• Coordinate Subcontractors and Schedules
  :
  Oversee subcontractor coordination to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
• Track Progress
  :
  Maintain accurate records and job logs in Job Tread. Upload photos and update progress regularly.
• Compliance and Inspections
  :
  Manage permits and inspections, ensuring all work adheres to local building codes and safety regulations.
• Quality Assurance
  :
  Perform daily inspections to ensure all work meets design plans and company standards.
• Ensure Safety
  :
  Enforce OSHA standards and address safety hazards immediately. (OSHA 10 certification preferred)

• Experience
  :
  At least 2 years in construction site leadership or supervision. Must be able to manage teams and subcontractors.
• Strong Communication
  :
  Ability to lead trades, hold others accountable, and keep relationships professional and respectful.
• Attention to Detail
  : A sharp eye for identifying issues early by carefully reviewing plans and specifications.
• Tech-Savvy
  :
  Comfortable using software like Job Tread. Experience is a plus.
• Reliability
  :
  Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

• Pay
  : $24-$28/hour, based on experience
