Cox Toyota is seeking a full-time Automotive Rental Agent, that's 25+ years old, to answer calls, quote auto rental rates, make reservations, and much more. The workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and every other Saturday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Ideal applicants will be detail-oriented and energetic with great customer service skills and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities - Auto Rental Agent:

• Answer the phone, quote auto rental rates, and make reservations
• Prepare auto rental agreements while advising and upselling to larger vehicles and optional extras according to the customer's needs
• Review rental agreement parameters with customers to ensure their complete understanding of rates and services
• Complete, review, and submit paperwork and reports in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow up daily on rental quotes and reconfirm all reservations
• Notify customers and billing parties about overdue rentals and inquire as to the expected date of return
• Process rental extensions
• Maintain and update rental agreement files
• Maintain performance, maintenance, and appearance of rental fleet
• Perform related responsibilities as assigned

Requirements - Auto Rental Agent:

• Automotive Rental Agent experience is preferred
• Must be 25+ years old
• Must be detail oriented
• Good communication, customer service and computer skills
• A positive attitude, professional appearance and motivated to succeed
• Ability to multitask and solve customer issues
• Bilingual is a plus!
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
