- Patient Age Group: adult vascular disease patients
- EMR/Documentation System: EPIC
- EMR/Documentation system experience required or preferred?:

Requirements :
- Board Certifications Req d/Preferred: BC
- State License(s) / IMLC Req d?: NC
- Minimum Experience Req d 5 plus years with CLEAN BACKGROUND
