Kernodle Clinic is the only large multi‑specialty group practice (60 physicians and 46 mid‑level providers) covering 15 medical and surgical specialties. Serving Burlington, Elon, and Mebane, our four locations provide a wide spectrum of care, streamlined referrals, efficient coordination, and world‑class service close to home. As part of the Duke Health Network, Kernodle Clinic physicians practice in a collaborative, community‑focused environment while still benefiting from a world‑renowned institution.

• Obstetrics/gynecology care is provided at the two clinic locations.
• Obstetric delivery is at Cone Health Alamance Regional Hospital.
• Low and high‑risk obstetrics prenatal care through delivery with streamlined access to Duke Maternal Fetal Medicine when needed.
• Certified Nurse Midwives provide primary call service.
• DaVinci robotic, laparoscopic, and hysteroscopic surgeries at Cone Health Alamance Regional Hospital.
• Join 10 other specialties at our new Mebane Medical Office building, estimated completion Fall 2026.
• Dedicated primary medical assistant with each physician/APP.

• MD/DO degree with completion of an ACGME‑accredited OB/GYN residency.
• Experienced and recently trained practitioners dedicated to providing compassionate patient care are encouraged to apply.

We offer a robust compensation plan that rewards clinical productivity. Salary and Duke faculty title will be commensurate with training, experience, and the focus of the role.
