We’re hiring a Math Instructor / Tutor who is enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to help students succeed. You’ll play a key role in delivering engaging and effective math instruction using the Mathnasium Method, with full training provided. This part‑time position offers flexible scheduling and compensation up to $20 per hour.

Starting pay is based on experience, education, and performance during training, with opportunities to increase over time.

• College students majoring in education, math, or STEM fields seeking hands‑on experience and flexible hours

• Deliver engaging, individualized math instruction using the Mathnasium Method
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual learning needs
• Build rapport with students and foster a supportive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and fellow team members
• Utilize digital tools and platforms for in‑center and online instruction
• Review, correct, and assess student work
• Support a clean, safe, and professional workspace
• Assist with general center operations as needed

• Passion for math and helping students succeed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in math through at least Algebra II (higher‑level math a plus!)
• Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
• Must pass a math proficiency test, background check, and provide work authorization

Each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters in their center.
