Honda Federal Credit Union (HFCU) is seeking a Business Development Officer in Burlington, NC. You will spearhead business development across NC, SC, AL, and GA, building strategic partnerships with Honda facilities and auto dealerships to drive indirect lending and membership growth.

• Cultivate executive relationships with Honda facilities and automotive dealerships across the Southeast region.
• Expand indirect auto lending programs, dealer finance participation, and retail membership accounts.
• Lead community social responsibility initiatives in coordination with corporate Honda programs.
• Deliver financial service education, present loan products, and assist branches with consumer loan originations.
• Monitor regional portfolio metrics, loan production volumes, and business plan performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline.
• 5-7+ years of experience in consumer finance, indirect auto lending, or dealership relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to execute business development strategies that grow loan portfolios and member accounts.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; willingness to travel up to 50% across the Southeast territory.
• Familiarity with loan origination platforms and consumer lending regulations.
