Speech Language Pathologist; SLP

Health Pro Heritage is offering a PRN Speech Language Pathologist position at White Oak Manor in Burlington, NC.

• Retirement Community – care is provided across the full spectrum of care including short‑term rehab, skilled nursing, and outpatient services.

Pay range $55,000–$58,000 annually, based on experience.

• Licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist in North Carolina with CCC certification.
• Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure (or license‑eligible) and ASHA certification (CCC‑SLP).
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and EHR systems.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities; develop accurate diagnoses.
• Implement evidence‑based therapies and educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
