Patient Experience Navigator through Emerson Group
Patient Experience Navigator for a large hospital in Burlington County.
Long Term Temporary/ Hourly rate $18.50
Shift: 11:30 AM to 8 PM
Training will be on-site in Pennsauken, Tues‑Thurs 8‑4:30 PM, and hospital on Mondays and Fridays. Schedule will taper to reach the 11:30‑8 PM shift. Training may last up to 8 weeks, after which the position will be remote.
Connect with patients remotely via camera; friendly and compassionate.
Qualifications:
- At least 6+ months of customer service experience; healthcare experience is a plus.
- Tech‑savvy with excellent communication skills.
- Background check, drug screening, and PPD required.
