Position Summary:National OnDemand, Inc. is a communications and utilities infrastructure provider delivering service solutions to the Fiber, Wireless, Energy and Technology sectors in the United States. The Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) works closely with the Human Resources Manager to deliver HR strategy, organizational development, retention/turnover initiatives, and any other HR strategies and projects assigned. The HRC is responsible for HR analytics and HR reporting, supports employee engagement and development, and performs all daily HR duties in the absence of the Manager.
Primary Position Duties:- Recommend retention strategies for non-exempt employees to improve workforce retention.
- Analyze compliance requirements, trends, and key metrics; partner with the broader HR organization to develop and implement solutions, programs, and policies.
- Partner with HR Manager and leadership groups to develop and implement organizational strategies.
- Support launch and implementation of assigned projects by established timelines.
- Ensure legal compliance with all applicable employment laws (wage & hour, FLSA, FMLA, ADAAA, etc.).
- Complete key responsibilities and projects/work assignments by SLA.
- HR Reporting & HR Analytics.
- New Hire Orientation.
- Exit Interviews for Non-Exempt Employees.
- Employment Verifications of Employment (VOEs).
- Garnishments/Income Withholding Orders (IWOs).
- Time Sheet & PTO Audits & Processing.
- New Hire Benefits Enrollment Process.
- Review and approval of Corrective Actions for Non-Exempt Employees.
- Conduct investigations for Non-Exempt Employees.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and procedures.
- Support the HR Manager.
- Benefits Open Enrollment Communications.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Broad business knowledge and awareness of HR and business trends.

- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment, wage & hour laws.
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual/Fluent in English & Spanish.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or organizational behavior (preferred).
- Two (2) to Five (5) years of relevant HR experience, including high-volume non-exempt environment investigations (required).
- PHR, SHRM-CP preferred.
Working conditions: Requires regular office presence; not a remote role.
Physical requirements: Use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls; stand, talk, and hear regularly.
