Senior Systems Analyst – Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI)

Join Labcorp as a Senior Systems Analyst and play a key role in transforming how we manage contracts across our global organization.

Location: Hybrid – Durham, NC or Burlington, NC
Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (once proficient)

• Partner with Legal to implement enhancements in ICI, including designing and managing P2P processes
• Creating and updating contract templates, clauses, workflows, and user/security groups
• Serve as the first responder for critical system issues (Severity 1 &
  2)
• Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and deliver both short- and long-term solutions
• Support integrations with Salesforce, Docu Sign, Office 365, and Single Sign-On
• Provide strategic guidance and technical support for future enhancements and integrations

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience with the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform
• Icertis Certified (technical or functional) highly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical and project management abilities
