Join the Chase team as a Branch Manager (New Build) in Burlington, NC. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences and leading a high‑performing branch team.
Job Responsibilities- Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our company’s culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence.
- Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.
- Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
- Build and cultivate a high‑performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
- Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
- Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
- Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
- Passion for creating exceptional experiences and setting the tone in the branch.
- Outstanding leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and empowering employees.
- Master of multitasking, excelling at organizing and managing competing priorities in the branch.
- Thrives in a fast‑, changing environment, using strong decision‑making skills to navigate challenges.
- Experience in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment, demonstrating commitment to operational integrity.
- Strong desire to influence, educate, and connect team, partners, and clients with technology.
- 2+ years of management, retail banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
- College degree or military equivalent.
- Successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Manager.
- Be able to travel as required for in‑person training and meetings; some travel may be out‑of‑state.
