Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Overview

Meta IQ Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver according to plan.

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field. A master's degree or project management certification is preferred.
• At least five years of experience in project management, including a track record of successful project delivery, ideally within our industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodology and tools, including proficiency in project management software programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team management skills.
