Process Technician
Glen Raven is recruiting a Process Technician attained to patrol, operate, repair and schedule preventive maintenance. This position adds value to Glen Raven by supporting the company’s commitment to the highest level of production, quality and safety as well as teamwork in preventing major breakdowns of production.

- Follow company policies, safe work practices, and prevent injury to yourself and other associates.
- Report any unsafe work condition or any work‑related injury to your supervisor immediately.
- Walk job—look for chokes, breakdowns or flags. Make repairs as needed.
- Check all machinery for quality-income or production problems.
- Make yarn and blend changes.
- Help clean spindles.
- Help size bobbins on spinning frames.
- Change travelers when needed.
- Fix flags when needed/maintenance.
- Replace belts as needed.
- Replace bobbin hangers.
- Previous experience in a textile manufacture preferred.
- High School Diploma Preferred.
