Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)

Schedule:

8–10 hour shifts | Monday–Friday, weekends as needed | Overtime available

We are a fast-paced, growing company seeking qualified Structural Steel Welders & Fabricators for a full-time position on our 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural steel welding and be proficient in Flux Core (FCAW) welding processes, preferably under AWS D1.1 standards.

• Read and follow shop drawings and blueprints to complete welds to required specifications
• Perform Flux Core welding (FCAW) in accordance with AWS D1.1 standards
• Calculate and verify material measurements to ensure accuracy
• Maintain quality standards and ensure work meets structural requirements
• Use appropriate welding tools, equipment, and techniques safely and efficiently

• Prior experience in structural welding, steel fabrication, or a similar manufacturing role
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, shop drawings, and schematics
• Familiarity with welding procedures and safety standards
• AWS D1.1 certification preferred
• If not certified, candidate must pass AWS D1.1 test within 30 days of hire
• Physically able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs
