White Oak of Burlington is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our 7A–7P and 7P–7A shifts.

Open Shifts7:00 AM – 7:00 PM7:00 PM – 7:00 AMFull-Time & Part-Time opportunities
Shift Differentials Work evenings or nights and earn more:2nd Shift Differential: +$4.00/hour for hours worked 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM3rd Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour for hours worked 11:00 PM – 7:00 AMYour Experience Matters Your pay is based on YOUR years of nursing experience.

What You’ll DoProvide direct nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments
Assess and monitor resident conditions
Respond appropriately to changes in condition
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Communicate with physicians, families, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team Provide leadership and support to nursing staff
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
What You Need Current North Carolina LPN license in good standing
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Dependable and team-oriented approach
Commitment to excellent resident care
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
New to long-term care? We’ll train you.
We provide hands-on, one-on-one support to help you become confident and successful in your role.
