The Shift Manager leads shifts every week, ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring great quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.

• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift
