• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member only)

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Operating POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred (Cashier only).
• Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets (Cashier only).
• 4+ years of outdoor hobbies, interests, and skills; fishing and hunting experience preferred (Outdoor Enthusiast only).
• CPR and First Responder certification is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member only).
• Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member only).

• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to connect and build rapport with customers, bilingual skills a plus.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with organizational skills.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, instructions, and manuals.
• Proficiency with basic math and understanding instructions.
• Operate POS, symbol, and telephone equipment (Cashier only).
• Write routine reports and correspondence (Cashier only).
• Knowledge of inventory software and order processing (Cashier only).
• Passion for outdoor hobbies such as fishing, hunting, shooting, camping.
• Must meet legal requirements for firearm sales (Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member only).
• Must qualify for FOID card (Illinois only, Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member only).
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Provide friendly customer service.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Strong situational awareness.

• Good hearing and vision to perform duties.
• Adhere to work hours, policies, and rules.
• Frequently walk, reach, talk; occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, pull.
• Lift up to 10 pounds constantly and up to 60 pounds occasionally.
• Stand, handle, and use fingers repeatedly.
• Vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
