L&H​/Medicare Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and licensed L&H/Medicare Producer to join a growing team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of health insurance products, including Medicare and under‑age‑65 policies, while also focusing on life insurance sales during off‑peak seasons. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the health and Medicare insurance landscape, excellent client‑relationship skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience) + commissions

• Manage and grow an existing book of business including health, Medicare, and life insurance products.
• Represent multiple insurance companies to provide clients with tailored solutions.
• Focus on Medicare sales during the fall season and life insurance sales during off‑peak periods.
• Assist clients turning 65 with Medicare enrollment and related services.
• Provide quotes for new and renewal business as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and utilize agency management software for account management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals.

• Active L&H and Medicare licenses (required).
• Proven experience in health and Medicare insurance sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in‑office during the initial training period and transition to a hybrid schedule thereafter.
• Self‑motivated with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
