. This position oversees the day‑to‑day operations of residential electrical services in the Raleigh, NC and Burlington, NC areas. The role involves leading a team of electricians, coordinating projects, and ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of residential electricians to achieve high performance and productivity.
• Plan, organize, and oversee residential electrical projects from start to finish, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Ensure that all electrical work meets quality standards, codes, and regulations, conducting inspections and providing feedback to team members.
• Serve as the main point of contact for residential clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and assistance to electricians, troubleshooting complex problems, and ensuring proper installation and operation of electrical systems and equipment.
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate supplies and maintaining accurate records of usage and expenses.
• Identify training needs and facilitate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, implementing best practices to optimize performance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including work orders, invoices, and permits, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Proven experience as a multi‑family residential electrician with at least 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Valid electrician license and certification (where applicable).
• Strong technical knowledge of residential electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
