Job Responsibilities

* Assist Maintenance Supervisor with work orders and property tasks

* Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances

* Prepare units for move-in and ensure make-ready standards

* Maintain property grounds and common areas

* Respond promptly to maintenance requests

Qualifications

* EPA Type II or Universal Certification required

* Must have own tools

* Previous apartment maintenance experience

* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
