Dispatcher - Transit-Burlington

Compensation: $23.00/hour

The Dispatcher reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for problem-solving and delivering high-quality customer service across our nationwide operations. Transportation experience is not mandatory; a desire to succeed is! As a Dispatcher, you will handle a high volume of calls, communicate with drivers, respond to emails, and resolve issues throughout the day.

• Effective time management and prioritization.
• Strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions.
• Cooperative work style and ability to operate radio systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and routing software.
• Ability to work independently and organize records.

Mandatory:

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred:

• 2 years of experience in dispatch, call center, customer service, hospitality, or similar fields.
