Position Overview:

• Based out of our Boston, MA or Burlington, MA offices
• Join our Healthcare team within the Private Client Services (PCS) group

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, plan, and supervise engagements including consulting, compliance, and tax planning
• Prepare federal, state, and multi-state income tax returns
• Conduct research and planning according to tax laws and regulations
• Respond appropriately to IRS and state tax notices
• Communicate with clients under supervision
• Work collaboratively within a team
• Assist in training and mentoring new Associates

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting and/or tax
• Experience in a public accounting firm

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Taxation or relevant field
• Experience with Axcess, CCH Engagement, XCM, or similar software
• CPA certification
