We are seeking a detail-driven and highly organized individual with a strong commitment to service to join our team as an RCM Office & Inventory Assistant. In this role, you will support Enovis' Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Team and Consignment Inventory Team through a wide range of administrative and clerical responsibilities preparing and managing documents, maintaining organized workflows, and contributing to a clean, efficient, and well-functioning office environment.

Key Responsibilities- Communicate regularly with internal and external customers via telephone, mail, and computer.
- Manages faxes for all assigned offices.
- Manages Fed Ex deliveries and shipments.
- Opens and breaks down boxes and builds boxes for drop-off at delivery.
- Maintains a stock of 10-15 CPM boxes, returning the rest to the Waltham office.
- Collects mail sent directly to the Vermont office and forwards to Waltham along with all daily paperwork.
- Serves as the point of contact for all office-related inquiries (trash, Stericycle, Medicare), including ordering office supplies.
- Assists in ordering forms and inventory for office and vans.
- Completes return paperwork (either by ticket or Equipment Disposition Form (EDF)) with serial number from returned CPM machine(s) and sends to the CPM Team.
- Manages quarterly inventory counts for the Vermont office.
- Assists in cleaning returned CPM machines when inventory is low.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate Degree from two-year college or technical school preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an administrative support position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
- Experience using inventory software and order processing systems preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory and customer service-related practices preferred.
- This position does not require travel.
- Typical office environment.
- Physical Demands:
May occasionally lift up to 60 pounds. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboard, phone, print. Required to talk and hear. Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time and use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and to manipulate keys on a keyboard and operate portable input devices (e.g., smart phone, mouse).
May occasionally reach with hands and arms. Must have the ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time. - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
