As a member of our Account Team, you will be responsible for fostering existing and new client relationships while problem‑solving across a wide range of projects.

What your day will look like:- Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to deliver creative outcomes for our clients.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across Accounts, Creative, Product, Production, and Finance teams.
- Create and develop new engagement opportunities within current client partnerships.
- Engage clients using Select’s growing suite of marketing technology products.
- Able to manage several overlapping responsibilities while still meeting deadlines.
- Self‑starter who values collaboration and feedback.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Proactive, critical thinker with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and in‑person.
- Experience with data entry and an understanding of the speed and accuracy required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc).
