Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Account Executive specializing in Employee Benefits to join our dynamic team ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employee benefit programs, particularly in the larger employer market, and a proven track record of advising and consulting with employers. This role requires a commitment to honesty, integrity, and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and consultation to employers on their employee benefit programs.
- Assist employers with a range of employee sizes, from as few as 25 employees to large enterprises.
- Advocate for clients at every level of their benefits program, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.
- Develop, implement, and manage employee benefit plans tailored to client needs.
- Educate clients on the complex nature of employee benefits regulation to ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of benefit programs to align with regulatory changes and client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or questions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate, ensuring clients and their employees are well-informed and supported.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
- Analyze market conditions and competitor offerings to provide clients with competitive and innovative benefit solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless and integrated services to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Relevant experience in employee benefits, with a focus on self-funded group medical plans.
- Proven expertise in advising large employers and managing complex benefit programs.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits regulation and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
