Opportunity:
Part‑time Dental Associate
We are a long‑standing family dental practice located in Burlington looking for an energetic and friendly associate with excellent communication skills. The role fills a maternity leave starting January with a 6‑month term and an opportunity to continue on a second location.
Responsibilities- Provide patient education and conservative preventive dentistry.
- Use paperless charting (Tracker), digital X‑rays, iTero digital scanner, and Recall Max for patient communication.
- Work with a 3‑operatory clinic (1 DDS and 2 hygienists).
- Energetic, friendly, excellent communication.
- Comfortable recommending appropriate treatments and not driven by aggressive monetization.
Hours:
Mon 9‑7, Thurs 10‑8 and every other Saturday 8‑2 (or 9‑2 if preferred). Compensation: 40% of collections, paid biweekly.
